About

Planning how cities move

I am a transport professional who aims to champion inclusive and sustainable designs and policies for the every person in all shapes and forms.

My strengths are planning and project integration management, carried through to detailed rail and road design — across Metro Manila's commuter rail and subway and faster-rail, highway, and active-transport projects throughout Queensland.

I'm drawn to transportation that's environmentally conscious, cost-effective, and genuinely better to live alongside.

Remote

Transport Consultant — Sustainable Mobility ResearchMobilityVisionPlus

  • Helped craft SEERMO, a service that automates mobility analytics using current statistical and machine-learning methods.
  • Delivered context analysis and ongoing monitoring of transport policy implementation and infrastructure measures.
  • Focused the work on sustainable mobility outcomes — measuring whether interventions actually move the needle.

Brisbane & Queensland North Coast

Civil Engineer — Transport SectorWSP Australia

  • Logan to Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR): supported the project management team through tender, then assisted the Road Design Lead with coordination, modelling, drafting, and technical reporting in detailed design.
  • Metro Moreton Bay Cycleway (150 km active-transport route): led utility-relocation analysis, liaised with GIS consultants, and assessed clashes and risks.
  • Bruce Highway business cases & Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) detailed design: project control, cost tracking, sight-distance checks, and signage & line-marking progression.
  • Queensland Rail key-account support: managed bids across business groups and organised strategy, client, and feedback sessions.
